Appreciate the breakdowns. While I agree with many good points Coy has, I think she's unlikely to implement much reform. Dovilla has his down side too, but his connections and previous experience should allow him to at least be heard. (Contacts seem to be everything in most (all?) governement interactions---even when they are well-hidden/disguised, etc.)
